Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Occasionally,with items where design choices are offered (such as skateboard graphics), designs may be changed without notice. Should this occur we will despatch the closest existing design at the same price, unless instructed otherwise.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling

Currently, our website is only set up to give valid UK Shipping costs. If you are from outside the UK, we are still happy to accept your order, but we will email you to give the correct shipping cost and estimated delivery time. If we can ship at the default shipping cost, we will. We will not ship Overseas orders without an acceptance by email of the quoted shipping cost (except as stated previously). The default Overseas Shipping cost is £7.50

UK Customer rates:
Orders up to £75.00 will be charged £4.95 Shipping and Handling.
Orders over £75.00 will be free of charge.

Delivery Schedule

We will dispatch your order as soon as possible, usually on the same day if you place your order by 2pm and the item/s are in stock. In the event of a delay in dispatch, we will contact you by email or telephone.

International orders are generally received in under 14 days, depending on shipping methods available.

If you would like to track your order please contact us. If your order has been dispatched with a courier we will be able to supply you with a consignment number that will allow you to track your order. If your order has been sent with Royal Mail we may be unable to supply this service.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

This legislation offers you the following cancellation rights when you buy online or by phone:

- You are entitled to cancel your contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or services.

Returns Policy

Unwanted Items

If you no longer want the items you have ordered, you have 30 days from when you receive them to return them back to us. They must be unused and in their original condition. The returned product/s must include all of the contents including instructions and packaging.

We do not cover the cost for returning the products back to us, and we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending the items back, as we do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post.

The cost of the initial postage paid by you for us to deliver the goods will only be refunded if the items are delivered back to us within the statutory 14 days after you have received them.

Faulty Items

If the item you have ordered is faulty, please contact as soon as possible. Depending on the nature of the item and the fault we may ask you to send us a photograph of the fault or we may ask you to return the product to us. Please contact us before posting the product back to us.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if we have already begun processing your order we may be unable to cancel it, and you will be liable for the cost of returning the unwanted items.
